Nature’s Symphony and More

Oh my! I’m still catching up with my posts. I began this post months ago. Between being busy this past spring/summer, and having computer issues, blah, blah, blah… it’s been a struggle. So here’s a few of my Nature’s Symphony and more greetings. But with all those roadblocks behind, this post seems timely enough, since the bundle is still available. Enjoy!

Nature’s Sympathy

I had some product of the month paper in my stash from December and wanted to use my Nature’s Symphony bundle. As a result, I have more than enough DSP, so I chose to make long strips of DSP into various Z-fold cards. I like using DSP for this kind of fold because it has pretty designs on both sides and it’s a little thinner than cardstock. This lends the cards to being able to accommodate ribbons. Balmy Blue and Night of Navy, and Balmy Blue and Timid Tiger are nice color combinations together. These sentiments on the front are not from the bundle, but I stamped the inside greetings, using the Nature’s Symphony sentiments.

Nature’s Symphony with Vellum

Experimenting with vellum, I wanted to see what I could do with the leaf dies in the bundle. You don’t know until you try, right? I used some stamps from other sets and bundles I have to create sentiments for these. Embellishments and ribbon help to add interest, too. The “because” comes from the Words of Beauty bundle.

Mixed Up Symphony

The largest leaf die seems to be the one I use the most from the Nature’s Symphony bundle. The little bird is from the Cutest Crew bundle, while the stamped background is the Nature’s Frame stamp for the card on the left. I also used the Mixed Up Patterns DSP. The card on the right is a collage of another product of the month along with the Phrases & Frames bundle.

More of Nature’s Leaves

Mary used the large leaf die and a sentiment in the green fun-fold card as one of our Twelve Tuesday stamp meeting projects this summer. The “great guy” card idea came from a layout I copied from Pinterest. I used a die from the Gears & Textures bundle to help. And the Country Woods DSP is still available!

Nature’s Symphony Finale

Do you recognize this card? It’s a similar design to the one we used in February. Basically, the only difference is the sentiment used.

Look familiar?

Inspiration galore, was the result that caused me to create greetings, from Nature’s Symphony and more! Hope you were inspired, too!
