Create some fun Jungle Pals greetings with 2024 Sale-a-bration rewards! For those who purchase $50 in Stampin’ Up! products, they have the option to earn the Jungle Pals stamp set for free. If you spend another $100 in Stampin’ Up! products, you can earn the coordinating Jungle Pals die set, too. This stamp set doesn’t include sentiments, but that won’t matter because you could use these cute jungle pals for all types of cards. Well, maybe not for a wedding or sympathy card.
Fun Jungle Pals Stamping
Many of you already know that there are a lot of fun ideas on the internet to use these stamps. But I have yet to see some of these fun pals used with the Give It A Whirl die set. I’m always looking for a way to use the dies because I love a good interactive card. And I present this idea because not everyone chooses the coordinating Jungle Pals die set, even if they choose the stamp set as a free reward. The lemur, sloth, and toucan fit perfectly with this die set.
I created this card quickly with the zany Zoo Crew DSP and Daffodil Delight stars cut from the Give It A Whirl die set. Then, I dug into the Hooray for Surprises stamp set to add sentiments inside and out. Baker’s Twine Essential Pack adds another element of interest, underneath the sentiment. The whole dial assembly is mounted to a Lost Lagoon card base. The three photos, above, represent the same card, but I turned the wheel of this card to demonstrate the three Jungle Pals.
Simple Alligator Jungle Pal Hello
This next card layout is CASE’d from one I saw on the internet. Again, I used zany Zoo Crew DSP, but I adhered it to a Tahitian Tide card base. I used the largest circle die from Everyday Details dies to cut the DSP. The Old Olive weeds and the alligator were cut with the Jungle Pals dies. The Heartfelt Hellos stamps compliment this card nicely. All the paper pieces were glued with the Multipurpose Liquid Glue because I wanted to keep this card as flat as possible. The only other embellishments come from the Adhesive-Backed Sequins Trio.
Tiger Fun Jungle Pals Greeting
Did you notice that I haven’t described my last card as a simple one? That’s because it wasn’t as simple to cut and assemble as the first two. I love how the Hello, Irresistible DSP played into this layout! Once I chose the right DSP, I was able to pick the coordinating colors, Lost Lagoon, Pretty Peacock, and Early Espresso, to cut the tiger, tree trunk, and leaves. Of course, I used some Basic White cardstock for the tiger, etc. Then I adhered all the pieces with liquid glue. I debated about adding sequins to this card, but in the end I decided not to overdo it.
The sentiment for this card also comes from the Heartfelt Hellos stamp set. I cut off the “Dad” part of it, so I could use it for anyone. This card does not have a sentiment inside yet, because I’m not sure it will be a thank you or birthday card.
